At TradeBOS, our story is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit and first hand experience of our founder, Olivia Walker. It all began when Olivia co-founded a Tree Surgeon business in Essex in 2018. Through dedication, hard work, and a deep understanding of the trades industry, that business thrived, experiencing significant growth. Olivia's journey didn't stop there. In 2017, she embarked on another entrepreneurial endeavour, taking a small business from its start-up phase to remarkable success. Originally called InfinityBOS, this hands-on experience exposed the challenges that small businesses in the trades, landscaping, plumbing, and construction sectors face—challenges that often revolve around the time-consuming demands of back-office tasks. With a vision to provide much-needed support to these businesses, TradeBOS was born.
